Hey there
If you're reading this, you're among the 1-2% of users experiencing video upload issues or bugs. We apologize for the inconvenience! We're experiencing rapid growth and are working hard to fix these bugs as they pop up.
If any of those bugs happen here is what you can do:
Try re-uploading the file
Make sure your computer doesn't fall asleep while uploading
Make sure your internet connection stays active while uploading
Try logging in and uploading in a different browser
If you're still having trouble with video here's a quick checklist
Double check that your file is actually a video file. I know it sounds funny, but you'd be surprised..it happens to the best of us!
Play the file and make sure it has working audio and video.
Confirm that the audio is synced in your source file.
Confirm the file format you're uploading. There is a vast array of file types and codecs that are used when exporting from different cameras, media players, live steamers, etc.
We'll continue to find and battle these bugs as they pop up, but we can't overstate our gratitude to you all. Thank you so much for your patience we grow!
Please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make sure you are able to use Pulpit AI and are more than satisfied with your results.
